The work performed was top notch. Kyle was great and very informative.
They go above and beyond to insure you’re taken care of. Highly recommend.
We are a new customer but the first pool cleaning went well. We shall see how it’s going in a few months, since unfortunately many pool co do what they call Dump and Run and are there for no more than 5 minutes. I’m hopeful this company is a great one and I will let you know after a bit :-)
I do not recommend it for clients who have an above-ground pool, throughout the entire service I always had problems.
I am a new customer of Transparent Pool Service. I am very pleased with our initial interactions with both Chris & Kyle. Our pool water was turning green & our previous company seemed in no hurry to correct the problem. Chris listened carefully to my concerns over the phone & Kyle was on-site the very next day. Kyle spent a good deal of time getting the water clear again, while also cleaning our filter & our salt cell unit.
