TO BE CAREFULL YOU STILL HAVE NOT RESPONDED BACK TO ME. I HAVE CONTACTED ALL CUSTOMERS IN THE LAST 30 DAYS AND NO ONE SAY'S THERE UNSATISFIED OR WROTE THIS REVIEW.COULD YOU HAVE THE WRONG SHOP? THERE IS A SHOP IN THE SEATTLE AREA THAT USES OUR NAME.

execellent service After another shop had made a mess of the front differential on my P/U by incorrectly preloading the pinion shaft bearing, Rick diagnosed the problem and accomplished appropriate repairs. It is nice to have found an auto repair shop that I can trust to be honest and fair.

RIP OFF!!!!!! Went and picked up my truck and to my surprise you have to pay extra for there warranty. And the price quoted was not what I paid. It's to late to help me but a friend said All About Transmission has a 36000 mile 3 year warranty with there work.Just shop around everything to the penny in writing.

Outstanding service and knowledgable staff I was told only going to a VW dealer in Auburn could I get my 2002 Winnebago Vista repair. Rick and his crew were not only able to find the problem, but repair the engine. They are now my auto repair business of choice.

Always great service, I highly recommend them. I have 2 cars that Rick & Chris both have worked on. 1 is a BMW and 1 is a 1967 muscle car. I have always had excellant service and above all their knowledge is extensive. Plus Cheri is so helpful and delightful. I would highly recommend them to anyone who has a car problem.

Transmissions Northwest Excellent. Rick did a great job. My F150 was in great hands. Not only did Rick do a great job on the transmission, but he found a problem. When I went to my mechanic, him and Rick talked about the problem. Now my truck is better than ever. Thank you!

Great experience! Trustworthy and Dependable Excellent service. I've taken two velicles in for repair and and extremely satisfied with the quality of the work performed and the customer service I received on both occasions. I had a few people recommend Transmissions Northwest as a great place to have work done and they lived up to the recommendations. I have been very pleased with the services performed and would have no reservations recommending them. Very reliable and trustworthy.

terrible work and customer service terrible work and service .i took my toyota truck in for a clutch to be replaced.i got my truck back and after diving it for the weekend i noticed a vibrasion at idle,i returned monday to have it checked out.rick the manager chekced it out and said there is nothing wrong.but there is.i left my truck over night to be cheched out .rich called the next day to have us come down to talk.he said there is nothing wrong with the truck.so we made a deal they do it again if it fixes it they eat the l... read more

I couldn't be more satisfied When my transmission went out after the warranty had run out by 9000 miles I obtained an estimate from the dealer for the repair. I went for 2nd estimate and Transmissions Northwest not only offered upgraded parts but a faster turn-around time and a lot less money. I had my truck back in three days. I was kept abreast of the entire repair and was provided a detailed explanation while being shown the old parts which had failed. Their staff is professional and courteous.
