Outstanding Service and Price I decided to try transmission specialties after I was told by another shop that I needed a new transmission for my BMW and that it would cost nearly $5,000 to replace. Transmission on 1997 Ford Explorer I purchased a transmission for my ford explorer. The transmission runs great and i have a 1 year or 12,000 mile warranty incase of any problems. They have good customer service, clean shop and very good price for only having one person doing all the work. I paid $650 for a rebuild tranny. It looks & runs like new. i had called a different place before and they wanted to charge me $1500 or more. so i can say i got a good deal over all. It has been 6 months now n still running great. TRANSMISSIONS I purchased a tranny from them a 2001 honda odyssy. the transmission runs great and i have a 1 year warranty incase of any problems. over all good customer service and very cheat i payed $650 for a rebuild tranny and it looks & runs like new. i had called a different place before and they where charging me $900 so i can say i got a good deal over all.
