I came here as it was recommended by a friend..Steve who I guess is the owner never introduced himself from the beginning so I had no clue who Steve even was....We knew what my issue was as it was a failed Blower Motor Regulator on my Jeep Cherokee! The part is 42 bucks at an auto parts store and this is the second time it's gone out on me ..so he decided to not listen to me and charge me for a diagnostic at 89 bucks when I knew exactly what the issue was and also told them exactly what it was! Transmission Outlet rebuilt my trans and gave me a great price to do it. What they said it would cost is what i paid even with some extra work. After i got the car back and had had it a few weeks i discovered that there was a fluid leaking from my car and i didn’t know what it was, i took it back ( thinking it was trans fluid ) They looked it over and after discovering it was not the transmission they told me it was leaking antifreeze and they told me what i need to get and how to fix it. 1st off.. The gave me a qoute of $165 to find the problem. They have my car for 3 days (not once did they call me even after they said they would). When he finally found the problem he says the repairs will cost $2600 to fix my CTS. I obviously dont have that cash laying around. I ask him to put it back together so i can save up the cash.
