Don't say you're open until 5 unless you really are. This hour is very important to working people. I left work early to get a test and they were closed at 4:10. Post your correct hours.
I walked in at 4:15 to take a UA and told them I needed to run to my car to grab my ID. In that time period they locked the doors and closed for the evening. If you don’t stay open until 5:00 then don’t put it on your door or your google listings. I took the photo attached at 4:25. If the owner is reading this, if you are a serious person, I would take the fact that your employees are turning away paying customers during your posted business hours so they can close early, very seriously.
I went in for a urin test and it was quick and employes were super friendly and nice will recommend to come down to this place for any test
