Called to schedule an appointment for a support, receptionist was so rude. Didn’t ask if we were ok when clearly we were not, and then more or less yelled at us on the phone when we didn’t know our insurance information off the top of our head. Told us to call back when we had that together then she could help us.
Unprofessional due to constantly changing appointment times to fit their schedule, and the receptionist needs some interpersonal training to improve her communication skills. Yelling, arguing, and attempting to manipulate patients should be grounds for termination.
