I’ve been seeing Sean for therapy off and on for a little over 10 years. I’ve always appreciated his caring approach and especially his ability to see unconscious patterns that may be driving some of my unwanted feelings and behaviors. Also appreciate his use of humor in sessions.
I have been seeing Sean at Transitions for several months, and have found his approach to be very helpful for me. In particular, our sessions and homework have helped me identify unconscious coping mechanisms which left me dissatisfied and apathetic about much of my daily life, and start to identify what's really behind some of the addictive thoughts I struggle with.
