Why is the 5 star review from the office administrator?
Hideous experience. Smooth talk to get you to sign over everything to them. Physical exam of patient was a joke. No explanation of the dying process patient would go through with family being the ones to change patient, provide powerful meds and watch the patient whither away. Should explain to family caregivers what they're in for before getting them to sign so quickly. This is a For Profit organization.
No education given as to what to expect. No med logs discussed or given. if you call, they say double the meds. Doctor mentioned Auschwitz at initial meeting. Very distasteful. They need to tell the family up front how horrifying this process will be for all. Terrible. Several family members have post traumatic stress syndrome that could have been prevented if this organization had discussed the process instead of quickly getting you to sign over all doctor care, pharmacy etc. to them.
