I’ve had a great experience with this therapy office overall, which is why I’m so disappointed with how things ended. I’ve been going to Transitions since January, and I’ve had nothing but positive experiences. They offer a variety of services for people of all ages, making it easy to find the support that fits your needs. Whenever I’ve had questions, there has always been someone available to answer the phone, and if I’ve had to leave a message, they’ve always gotten back to me promptly. My daughter did PHP and IOP with Transitions. There was a hiccup with her 1 on 1 therapy due to several clinicians leaving. She currently has Jay as her clinician. I am happy with the progress my daughter is making with her.
