Before beginning IOP I did not realize how juvenile my behavior/ thinking was and how that was affecting my closest relationships. Completing the program and having the support of the phenomenal LL I’m unlearning negative patterns and developing a new sense of being, a sense of self really. The front desk employees are so kind, the therapy is amazing.
If I could offer zero stars I would. Absolute scam! You say you want one counseling session month and they say you must do weekly, they don't communicate that their staff doesn't accept insurance until AFTER your appointment. A complete joke. Don't waste your time, your mental health is more important than the game they're playing.
