Before beginning IOP I did not realize how juvenile my behavior/ thinking was and how that was affecting my closest relationships. Completing the program and having the support of the phenomenal LL I’m unlearning negative patterns and developing a new sense of being, a sense of self really. This is very difficult work for me and I’m a very slow work in progress. She’s is beyond understanding, she’s patient while guiding me along, and consistently gives me awesome food for thought.
