Hard to get prescriptions and refills submitted on time. I usually have to call at least twice to make sure that they remember to submit our prescriptions to the pharmacy. It's frustrating and damaging to my daughter who relies on her medications. Within the past year or two, we've cycled through several different providers due to turnover. Their newest (and now only) pediatric provider has been reducing their operating hours, which makes getting an appointment without missing school harder and harder to do.
