We are the Grandparents of our Granddaughter, we lost our son her father 5 years ago. We have both legal and Physical custody of her, with that being said she started with Depression from loosing her father, We found Transitions Adolescent care and got her involved with their Program she was in 8th grade. She was doing okay for about 2 years then her Depression set in again, We contacted them again to get back in the Program because we felt it help her so much and they would not let her back in, they are claiming she signed ... read more
They will only ever make excuses for your child's bad behavior. They don't teach them anything at all. Behavior has been worse since before the child went into the program. They make jokes about, and don't take parents' concerns seriously. They just make excuses for their bad behavior. The child has also picked up a lot of BRAND NEW bad behaviors since starting their program. They also try really really hard to keep the parents completely out of the loop as far as treatment goes.
