Transitioning Home Health has been nothing less than wonderful. They made the process so simple for us and always reached out to see if it was something they could do to help us. I worked with Marilyn in the South Boston Va. office and I can not express how easy she made the process. Marilyn walked me through every aspect of the process and provided us with information and organizations that we didn't even know about.
