The vet and vet tech were so wonderful and accommodating to my fearful pup's needs. they were patient and kind with him. I loved that they took the time to personally get down on his level to connect with him. His entire appointment took place in front of us in the room. I have a cat and a dog that both receive care at Transit Animal Hospital with Dr. Geoff. Many th ings have unfortunately happened with my dog Bentley and Dr. Geoff has made the personal call each time with a wonderful explanation of options and recommendations. He has a great sense of humor and answers all of my questions. The staff is great and every time Vicki answers the phone I feel like she is having the best day ever. Highly recommended.
I had to recently let my furbaby Duchess crossover the Rainbow Bridge. I was devastated I had her 10 years and my heart was breaking. The staff couldn't have been more caring and compassionate. . Thank you.
