always had good visits with them until my dog had a stroke and needed to be put down, they said I needed an appointment which was 3 hours away, I ended up going elsewhere and never have been back😥

The staff and doctors here are amazing! My buddy had surgery there on Monday and they went above and beyond to help us out! I am extremely great full for all they have done to help us out! 💙💙💙

I visited Transit animal hospital Depew location to pick up a reccomended cat food, I was told that my cat Twiggy was due for rabis shots. I had taken her to pet supplies plus for shots but had not given them the information. I was told in front of other customers that it is the law. I am 63 years old and don't need the woman behind the desk to quote the law to me..... How about a simple thank you for the business,, Really a rude person.. Wow Especially in fron of other customers
They go above and beyond! I was in yesterday for my pup. The tech was so kind to my crazy dog. He doesn't do well with new people, and she was so sweet to him. After his appointment she even gave him a toy and treats to cheer him up! I couldn't believe how nice they were!
amazing staff and the docs are awesome with my German Shepard who has high anxiety in New environments with new people. thank you! Beast approves!!
