Extremely, extremely unkind and unprofessional. I scheduled a consultation with this provider through Headway and Kristianne referred me to one of the therapists at her office. On the day of our appointment, the therapist, Angela, did not respond despite having confirmed our meeting. I called both Angela and Kristianne several times, emailed several times and still did not receive any kind of response 30 minutes past the meeting time. Working with Aki at Transformative Therapy has been incredibly helpful. I felt heard and validated in my concerns, and her empathetic, kind, and knowledgeable approach helped me better understand neurodiverse relationships and how to navigate them in ways that strengthened the relationship. Kristianne, the director, also helped match me with the best therapist for my particular needs, which made the experience feel thoughtful and personalized from the start. Would highly recommend!
