Had 2 sessions with Angela. During the second session, we were discussing some events that had happened in the past and she shared an opinion that blew me away coming from a therapist, somebody who'd I'd expect to be very empathetic and understanding of past trauma and how it affects someone. This opinion minimized and dismissed multiple concerns that were provided for context in this situation which, in my opinion, would lead any caring or thoughtful person to feel the same way I would. Extremely, extremely unkind and unprofessional. I scheduled a consultation with this provider through Headway and Kristianne referred me to one of the therapists at her office. On the day of our appointment, the therapist, Angela, did not respond despite having confirmed our meeting. I called both Angela and Kristianne several times, emailed several times and still did not receive any kind of response 30 minutes past the meeting time.
