Hassan is a great person and therapist and I worked with him 1-2x a week for a year. However, he triggered my trauma and that sent me into a spiral for quite some while. So be careful when working with a therapist because it can trigger your trauma. I’ve had a couple of friends who went through the same scenarios. My current therapist who I see 1-2x a week is much more prepared and aware of not triggering the past for me.
