I’ve been training with Dave at Campsie for well over 3 years, he’s worked with me and my niggles and pains and worked with my body as I’m getting and into my 40s I was finding on site in the construction industry I was getting more stiff and less agile, with Dave’s wealth of knowledge and physio background he’s catered a program that gets my body moving in the right way, not lifting stupid weights and it’s exercises I would never normally think of. Love this gym, the classes are great and so are the pt sessions
Since I joined Transform 40, I’ve felt challenged and motivated to put more effort into my workouts while maintaining a healthy diet. All the coaches are highly skilled and always help me progress in my training. I’ve seen incredible results in fat loss and muscle gain. I would recommend Transform 40 to anyone looking to push their limits!
Out of all the gyms I’ve been to Transform40 Campsie is the best by far. Seriously great gym and trainers. I used to hate working out and now I’m loving it! I’m seeing and feeling results and the support with both training and nutrition is bang on. Very highly recommend!
