I purchased a set of headphones that were too big and hurt my ears. When I called about it, I was given a specific number to provide and only 10 days to get it back to the warehouse or it would be sent back to me. I was also supposed to package it myself, drive to the post office, and pay for shipping out of my pocket to return it, and all of this I had to do during a pandemic quarantine.
