If you’re considering leasing a vehicle from Trans Chicago in Elmhurst—don’t. The service writer, Rez, is the single biggest reason to take your business elsewhere. His attitude toward drivers is condescending and disrespectful, as if we’re beneath him. Getting repairs done is a nightmare.
