I am very disappointed with my experience at this dealership. I brought my truck in for a diagnostic service (on injectors , which have being bought here early).After being told that the inspection would take approximately two hours and no more than 48 hours!!! However, my truck has now been sitting at their facility since Wednesday 11.00 a.m , and nearly three days later I still have not received any meaningful update regarding its status.
