I can’t believe your company doesn’t take Tricare Ins!!! What a slap in the face for soldiers, vets, and families of soldiers that have also served!!! Had an eye appointment scheduled for Wednesday the 20th of January. Set it up online, and was sent two confirmation emails and a confirmation text message on separate days leading up to the appointment. Arrived at the store only to find out that they were closed on Wednesdays and Thursdays. I tried calling and there was no response. It would have been nice if they had mentioned on their website that they were closed these days, or had given me a call beforehand to let me reschedule. 1) arrived today and one of two lenses were incorrect. Need to reorder a lense and return to pick up (20-25 mins each way)... 2) completed their service survey and hit enter only to get a 404 Server Error...

This was by far one of the worst experiences we’ve had. We walked into the store with the intention of purchasing a new frame. Almost immediately, we were approached by Josh Abrams, who very rudely stated there was a 10 frame limit due to COVID.
