Uncomfortable and long procedure was done with a minimum of discomfort. Dr. Fred and his assistants stayed in good contact with me throughout and worked diligently to make it as quick as possible. High marks!
Lindsay is a hard act to follow but Sunaz seems like an excellent replacement. High marks.

I really appreciate your patience with my lateness. I seem to have some mysterious block about getting to your office. It is a little weird but it has been happening for years now and your are always so nice about it. Yesterday I was so upset after having driven 90 minutes for a normally 45 minute drive. Everyone in your office was lovely though. So calm and reassuring and kind. You made my anxiety and frustration drain away and I left your office with a smile on my face. Many, many thanks.
