All of the staff is very professional and very friendly for all the years I've been a patient. Donnette is my favorite hygienist.
My appointment was at 0730 and was greeted by a very friendly staff. Ketia and Wendy bought me back and explained what was about to happen, they took vitals, X-rays and photos needed. Dr Burrell came in and explained in detail what her process was. Next up was Kim the hygienist who performed a cleaning and treatment. It took about 4 1/2 hours but didn’t seem no where near that length. I feel like they CARED for my well being by offering several breaks for standing and bathroom breaks and even covering..
