I was pleased to get a phone call (within 2 hours) addressing my hesitation to book an appointment. (No fault of theirs) I arrived for my appointment X-rays & checked. Dr Simar listened intently to my concerns. Helped me with priorities & made a plan.(which I was told nothing could be done for me) They submitted a pre determination (which I was told by others was not do-able). Im left confident and excited about potential in recovering my smile
Like most ppl I don’t enjoy going to the dentist and it’s been a few years. I saw Ellie (the dentist) and Sarah (the hygienist) the other day and was so pleased. They are both so sweet! And the ladies at reception equally so. Highly recommend ☺️
From the moment we entered, the front staff created a warm and inviting environment that helped my 4 year old feel relaxed. Dr. Andre is very knowledgeable but also incredibly patient, taking the time to explain everything. When my son came in for a filling, I was anxious for him, but Dr. Andrea and his assistant went above and beyond to ensure he felt at ease.
