Dr. Duff has zero patience with kids. It is unfortunate because we switched to here based on people recommending how great this place is. I am disappointed. Dr. Duff appears to be quite busy, but to be too busy to patient with kids is sad. She told my son he was making a mountain out of a mole hill (he's 8 and nervous about the dentist) he told her he is trying to relax but he doesn't understand what she is asking. She got frustrated and gave up and left the room. So I am dentist shopping again.
My daughter does not love the dentist, but here they are amazing! Dr. Andre was so good with her and so kind. They were having a great chat. It was easy breezy.
