I have been trying to set a new patient appointment for the past 3 weeks and the communication with this office has been atrocious. After I received an initial email where they ironically state 'thank you for reaching out - that's the hardest step' I was ghosted for a week. I followed up and the office admin Krish apologized and said there was 'email issues.' DON'T GO HERE!!!! Completely unresponsive, unhelpful, and very unprofessional. Basirat was quite literally the WORST mental health professional I've ever experienced. From inappropriate and unprofessional comments, to "go ahead and send your diagnostic report to our staff email" that goes to everyone, to just not responding to emails. She ONLY offers telehealth, where they say to be on at least 5-10 minutes early, where she has been late 2 out of the 3 appointments I've had with her.
