Taline canceled my appointment without notifying me because i completed the intake paperwork the night before my appointment instead of doing it earlier. Felt pretty stupid when I showed up and the door was locked and no one was there.
Been seeing Amanda since october 10\23 and she's been hands down the best therapist I have ever had. Helped me through a lot of tough experiences. 100% recommend
I trusted “TBH” for almost three years and the unprofessional / negligent moments continued to stack up. Unfortunately I don’t recommend their services and I hope no one else will find out the hard way.
Requires a credit card on file before you even step foot in the door/can make a appointment. Claim to be mental health providers but do not understand what people with mental health issues are dealing with. Update - No one discussed any alternative options in filling out paper/providing info. According to Sabine and Taline, since it was not completed 24 hours before appointment they decided to give my appointment away as I was waiting to be let in virtual room.
