Rise transcend was an amazing experience for me. They have the most amazing staff, and personalized experiences for all the patients they have helped. They helped me with a battle id caught for 5 years, rebuilt my self confidence and overall changed me for the better.

I wish I could express how unhelpful this place truly is. Especially is you have arfid- they said they knew how to treat arfid, but they don’t. They don’t understand anything about how arfid works- that it’s very tied to safety and neurodivergence. They made a “treatment plan” that was completely inaccessible for me, leaving me feeling deflated and hopeless. This place was terrible. I don't know how this place is still open. They keep you here for months just to get insurance money because this place is so bad.

I went to a residential program before this that was awful and I can honestly say this place has been my saving grace since then. All the staff is so supportive and empathetic about everything. They are for the patients and nothing else. They work with you as much as they can. If you don’t want to work for your recovery then there is not much else they can do but that goes for any ED treatment. This place has helped me so much and I’ve been able to get part of my life back.
