The staff at Hanger opened up an additional day for us to come in sooner than we anticipated for our daughter to get her braces fitted, making the process quicker and more streamlined for us. Couldn’t be happier with the excellent and friendly service. Thank you!

I don’t even want to give one star to this office. The fitted braces are regularly pushed back taking well over the acceptable time given. No calls attempted after late braces do come in. This office has a long wait time for an appointment. This has been a hindrance to my child’s development and I would not recommend this office.
I have been impressed with them so far. Our son needs a helmet but also has torticollis so we needed more time in PT before insurance would approve. They were consistent with appealing to his insurance and sending documents and got his approval so quickly. I’m very appreciative to the work they have put in to getting our son taken care of! I have severe foot problems with bone fusions in both feet as well as my left ankle and big toe. I also have about a one inch leg length discrepancy. I can’t walk at all without custom orthotics and semi custom shoes with non-standard rocker bottoms. I’ve gotten my shoes and orthotics done by Transcend O & P (formerly Midwest O & P, now Hanger Clinic) for about the last ten years.
