I love coming here for yoga classes! The instructors are nice and so are the staff and owners. Also, a plus that the studio is always pretty clear and tidy, the the prices are affordable. I'll keep coming back!
I was hesitant at first but after my wife urged me to try it I can’t wait to do it again. My back and hips felt inflamed going in but after a 30-40 minutes Float it immediately went away. I recommend it to anyone who needs a relief from inflammation especially to athletes!
First time floating and Transcend was the ultimate place to start! Staff incredibly knowledgeable and answered any questions prior to floating. I did not try the yoga this time around, but plan to do a yoga class and float next time for the full experience! If you're thinking about floating, GO HERE!
Aaaaaaaah-mazing ❤️❤️❤️ I felt like a new relaxed person after my hour float! I highly recommend this peaceful place, and the owners are wonderful! They make you feel comfortable & make the experience so enjoyable ❤️ Definitely coming back next week - I’m already addicted to the tranquility ❤️
Everyone is super friendly and welcoming. I have done both yoga and a float. Yoga was great but my float was amazing and super relaxing. If you have never done a float I highly recommend you try it.
