I love the yoga classes at Transcend! My daughter & I have been regulars since January and we keep showing up for the amazing workouts and calming vibe. The teachers are awesome & the owners are the best! And you certainly can't beat their prices!
Really enjoy coming here. Every time i walk thru those doors I get a smile and greeted by my name. Yesterday was my first float i called Celina and she had an open spot I was really sore and knees hurting. I walked out of there feeling pain free. I had to try it and it really did help. I also love their Yoga classes all the instructors are wonderful and will teach you alternative yoga poses if needed. Great place I can not stress how glad I am that I found this place. Thank guys
Kind Staff! Great Tranquil place. You feel like your a Friend & not a customer here. I was hesitant to do the float; thinking a massage would be better. I did my 3rd Tough Mudder the next day! Not only did I have consistent energy throughout the 10 miles of obstacles; but was not as sore & recovered much quicker.....because of the Float time removing the toxins from me. Highly Recommend as an OCR Guy!
I had a great experience for my first float! The staff is kind and welcoming! The facilities are clear and very relaxing. I’m 28 weeks pregnant and this is just what I needed to ease some of my pregnancy aches. I’d definitely recommend a visit to Transcend!
Amazing time in the Every BODY Yoga class! Will be back!
