I would bet the people giving good reviews are the epople that work there. All the major logistic companies have black listed this company for their unscrupulous business practices. Holding loads hostage and putting loads on the rail when they were supposed to be over the road. I cant believe they are still in business.
This company should be put out of business, there very bad... Everything that was promised never happened, they rail everything out west and can never find the truck, or give you bad information... We will never load there trucks agian..

I checked in everyday with the girls in the office and they were very helpful with driver location and ETA. Pick up and delivery was right on schedule. I will continue to do business with them in the future

I do business with Trans American all the time, and Ive never had any problems with them. I think they are very professional, and will continue to do business with them.
Ive done a couple of loads with Trans American, and Ive had nothing but good service from them. I would recommend doing business with them.
I had a terible experience with this company. They promised to pick up and deliver a load of freight and had one excuse after another why they couldnt make it happen. We worked with them all day and received empty promises. Towards the end of the day, the terminal manager promised to return my call but instead left and went home for the day. Leaving the problem unresolved. They have no after hour contacts and even their driver refuses to answer his cell phone. They completely left us hanging on a Friday evening. We look as t... read more
