Horrific, would not refund accidental overpayment to a pregnant woman. Took over a month to process "issue" and then put check on "hold" for no reason. Still fighting with them and they hing up on me. Pretty sure this organization is fraudulent at this point and cannot count on them making any legitimate payments if I lose my life.
I cancelled my life insurance with them and they took my money without consent and won’t give it back. Literally stole my money from my checking account. Very hard to reach them and seems like they’re refusing to help.
