My father passed away and we have been trying to deal with getting his life insurance policy that he has had for a number of years. When you call in you get folks that can not speak English and have 0 concept of what needs to be happening. Mutual of Omaha things were seamless! If you have the option of choosing I would steer clear of this company for those that are left behind!
