Awful experience. The attitude on staff at the counter is unreal.
The first place I went to, in my attempt to find an elusive bolt for an aftermarket 40+ year old motorcycle part, spent a fair bit of time trying to help but weren't successful. I then went to Trans-World (should have gone there first), in half the time I spent at their competitors, Trans-World handed me the part I was hunting for, and I now have the last missing piece to start the rebuild.
I went in today to buy hardware to mount a roller assembly onto my boat trailer. I could not have had a better experience. The salesperson (BJ Conrad) went to their other warehouse across the street in the cold weather to find a piece that fit perfectly. He went well above and beyond my expectations.
Nice prices, except 20$ minimum, kind of crazy. Being waited on was slow at best, dozen workers walked past me and didn’t say a thing
Good prices for supplies and some discount. Some times so long waiting time to order something.. but good place
