Hard to even drive by this place, the stench is so overwhelming and toxic. I feel for the people in the homes that are unfortunately right up against their property and I’m suspicious of the inlet right near it that seems to funnel a dark, noxious looking waste deeper into the city. Places like this should be held to higher standards.
