Nathanson is the rudest and most disrespectful person I’ve ever had to have a conversation with.
Si pudiera darle 0 estrellas, se las daria encantada, porque no se merecen ninguna, la que atiende el teléfono no hace su trabajo, ni siquiera sabe que cosa es atenciónal cliente, te trata mal y te repite las cosas 500 veces como si fueras sordo. Me habia puesto una cita para ver una propiedad y nunca apareció nadie para enseñar la casa, lo único que hacen es jugar con el tiempo de las otras personas. Esta compañia no sirve.
I am going to give this place a 0 star if I could. I came across a property now it looked ran down but no big deal for the right price.. called they put me on hold and hung up on me and when I called back they hung up again. Saw another house with the same sign in the yard and the place looked awful , the lights were on inside and the door was wide open in the back.. yard all over grown horrible property management if you want to rent something at least make it look nice! My guess is slum lord galore!
If I could leave zero Stars I would. The absolute worst customer service I have ever dealt with. Cynthia in particular is an absolute devil. Not accommodating in any way not forthcoming with information an absolutely rude. She needs to work on her people skills and whoever owns this business should be ashamed to have her representing it.
I called to inquire about a rental property, and the attitude I received as if I can’t possibly afford to live there, is beyond me. I’m honestly VERY surprised anyone would even hire this company to handle their housing needs. They seem to lack a lot of knowledge and experience in customer service. Anyone who needs to sell or rent please find another company, don’t waste your time with this company. I pray these rude humans have the day they DESERVE.
