The quality and service during our small project was so refreshing. Price was very fair and the job they did for us was well beyond our expectations. We are now big fans and will continue to keep them on our "A-list" for any other future bids and work we want done.
Really great service and lease rates were very fair. We have only been a tenant for about a year now and we don't have anything negative to say at all. This company is a hundred times better than our previous landlord.
We wanted to share our thoughts because this company actually cares about the properties they manage and it shows. Our common areas and parking lots are always clean and the building is always being spruced up. The maintenance/cleaning staff are also surprisingly polite as well and that is why we even bothered to write a review here.
The people at Trans Global Properties are exceptional. Nice folks to work with. Very classy operation.
