Misled me on charges. Took off a day of work to for an appointment only to find out that I had to pay for the services when it was understood the last time I left it was covered. We’re talking about a simple teeth cleaning. That I am covered for twice a year under my dental plan. They refused to do it unless I paid $60 Very unprofessional and unsympathetic to their customers.

Today was first visit and I enjoyed the experience greatly. The staff is very friendly and tell you every step. They are very thorough with cleaning and try to make you as comfortable as possible. I highly recommend them!
