This place was fine when my cat was getting simple shots. But My family member booked a neutering for my cat and they cancelled. I'm not upset they cancelled it but I'm not happy that they made the least possible effort to notify me. I was told I was left message, I did NOT get an email, not a text, I did get one call I missed because I'm on graveyards and I know I didn't get a Voice Mail because my new phone plan doesn't have voicemail.
