Been here twice great food and great service. The chicken fried steak is a delight.
The Worst place to eat can't even get an order right very nasty not clean it should be closed not even worth rating awful..... Needs a negative rating
Chicken fried steak was delicious! The fried zucchini was amazing! Wonderful meal all around! Price was good too! :) Definitely will be going back!

We've eaten here several times recently and have found the food to be delicious(I love the Reuben sandwich!) and the service is friendly and attentive. We'll continue to eat here :)
Its lovely..interesting and unusual, yet very "homey" and comfortable. I rarely eat out but what I had was delicious..and the menu seems very adequate, with a few selections for the more health-conscious included. The owner and the waitress were both top-notch! The gift shop was wonderful also with a wide selection of handmade unique jewelry. This place is a jewel itself!
Love the food and friendly people! My favorite is the chicken salad croissant sandwich! Nice tranquil cafe due to the efforts of the owner with the atmosphere, hospitality, and good food!
The Philly Cheese Steak was breathtaking. Our waitress Cheyenne was friendly and efficient. We enjoyed the unique charming decor and atmosphere.
Steve & I stopped by last Sunday. Shilo, our waitress, & owner, Dan O'Sullivan were very friendly and the food was great! Good home-cooking. We're excited to see the future improvements, right now it's a work in progress. We sure hope Mound City realizes the little gem they have here. Good-luck with your future endeavors.
