And relaxing on the lounge chairs after a session is great reinforcement to allow the realignment to set in and also remind us that slowing down is optimal for nervous system health.

Dr Kiefer treats my husband and I and our three children ages 20, 16 and 7. My 20 year old had severe migraines nearly daily which are now reduced to less than monthly. I have been going to Dr. Kiefer for the last 5 years. Throughout this time, he has helped me overcome countless injuries from running, powerlifting, diving, and various other sports. Since I started going to Tranquility Spinal Care, my quality of life has greatly increased as I have been able to do my physical activities and live my day to day life in a more pain free state than I have ever been able to before!

My quality of life was seriously compromised before I found Dr. Keifer. For over a decade I was experiencing so much back, foot and hip pain that I was missing out on the best parts of life.
