This morning I took a Qi Gong class for the first time with a friend and it was incredible! Margaret is a wonderful teacher who gently guides you through the practice. We left feeling so much better than when we came in. I’ve been coming to the clinic for their floating and sauna options for a few years and every visit is fantastic. I’m always amazed at how clean the clinic is! If you’ve never been I highly recommend it! You can’t go wrong with whatever service you choose.
My spouse took me here originally, as a gift, then I bought more because it was so good. I bought floats for the staff so they could try it out and now it’s part of our company health & wellness program. Super friendly staff and very warm environment. Highly recommend!
