Love the space! Great staff!
I have been coming to Tranquility since they opened, and every time its a beautiful experience. So peaceful and the staff are kind and caring.
I've been to other acupuncture places, but this place was relaxing, welcoming and Dr. Zach was fantastic. The session was relaxing and had positive effects from the acupuncture based on my needs, I also really appreciated the pear tea recipe!
Update: in a very quick response, I was contacted after my emails were sent to junk and unseen. I want to correct my previous review…they are quick and as technical issues can fail us all…they showed up and honoured their promotion . Thank you tranquility. Last month tranquility had a special on, it said to contact by email or come in. Since I’m not local , email was my option as I wanted to purchase as gifts. I was honestly so disappointed with my experience here, it was my first time trying acupuncture and I the vibe felt off as soon as I walked in. I felt like the friendliness from the staff was super forced and then after I was done my acupuncture they messed up on processing my benefits so I had to pay the full amount. Would definitely not come to this business again which is a bummer as they offer a lot of cool services.
