Update: Ever since I wrote this they have now updated their Groupon to no longer accept it yet I never got a phone call back or any assistance from this company. What a shame. Zero out of 10 recommend. They refused my Groupon voucher stating that upper management told them (concierge) that they are no longer accepting Groupon. When I asked why they still advertise on the Groupon site, they said they will contact upper management and call me back but they never did. That's no way to run a business. Very unprofessional. This business advertises a 10:00 AM opening time across all platforms, yet at 10:16 AM they were still closed. When I called, I was told they open at 11:00 AM instead. No apology, no explanation — just incorrect information everywhere. Respecting customers’ time and accurately posting business hours is basic, and unfortunately that’s lacking here.
Amazing experience in a relaxing environment! Highly recommended!
