Would not recommend. Convinced to buy a package deal - have paid half of the 899 package and not used one service. I booked in and emailed 3 days prior to cancel. Lady on email was rude and advised i didnt cancel when i have emails proving i cancelled. Have been in contact with them 3 times now to try and book in with no answer back. I will be contacting consumer ACCC to get my money back.

Very very bad customer service. The staff are rude and incompetent, and never answer calls. They do a lot of discounts and deals to try to lure customers because none of their existing customers come back after the first time due to poor and appalling service and attitude. The staff needs to be properly trained in both skills and attitude

DO NOT GO HERE! THEY WILL TRY TO RIP YOU OFF!! VERY VERY VERY BAD AND FRAUDULENT! Left my other review on south Port review, but it is the Upper Mount Gravatt office (by mistake, but you can still read it) Trying to get my money back from them as they double booked my appointment. Unfortunately, this was not the experience I expected at all. I went in for my fat freezing session (chin area), and there was no proper consultation or explanation. The staff didn’t position the handle correctly it was very uncomfortable and clearly not placed right. During the session, water started dripping from the handle and soaked my entire t-shirt.
