Tranquessa is a wonderful agent. My wife and I bought and sold with her. She helped us in every way possible to make the process easy for us. She is very communicative, patient and knowledgeable. She is always on top of things and is ready to answer any questions you may have. She will provide all facts and data to help you make you an informed decision, but at the same time she isn't pushy (which was a big plus for us). She even got us a house warming gift on our closing day! I would highly recommend her to everyone.
Tranquessa helped me find and buy my home at the end of last year. She found me exactly what I wanted and it was in my budget. We looked at A LOT of houses, and she listened and paid attention to what I was saying to help me find the right home (twice because the first one didn't work out lol). This woman is remarkable! I had my home listed with coldwell banker for about 9 months and no hits. My coworker Andre said to try Tranquessa, if anyone can get your home sold it's her. At this point i've already last all faith in my realtor so i decided to try her. My house was sold with in a month of switching.
