My mom has been seeing this doctor for around 2 years now. If you need to see obgyn, I would say you would be better off with any other doctor. While it is nice that this doctor does over the phone appointments, the appointments themselves are as unproductive as they get. The doctor forgets the most basic info that should be on file and it feels like the same conversation each time with no progress. RUN THE OTHER WAY!!! I did not even get a chance to see this doctor, because of the "protocols" she has in place. Wanting all my records before she sees me. On top of that Pam the lady at the front specifically told me to look for another doctor. What a mess.
I couldn’t make a simple appointment because they wanted recent ultrasound. I got that done and they still wanted all my records! They got my records and they have to review them first!!! Come on! Can’t make a simple appointment! Forget that I’m getting another doctor! My issue can’t keep waiting! They are horrible, unprofessional! Stay away unless you want to wait eternity for a simple appointment.
