I purchased a brand new Trane heating and cooling system less than 3 years ago and that was my mistake. I had a Rheem system for almost 30 years. Home Serve convinced me to purchase a Trane system because it was better and parts are readily available. Lo and behold, my brand new Trane system broke on Sunday. Home Serve said they can’t get the part for at least a week so I will have to go without heat. If I still had my Rheem, I wouldn’t be sitting here freezing. Getting a Trane is a Wreck!
The woman at the counter is a 1st grade temper tantrum conundrum. I have to go here because my office tells me to, otherwise I'd avoid this place like the plague because of one person behind the counter... Bill is cool tho, he's OG.
