Had a warranty issue that couldn't seem to get solved. Orlando and Layla helped get it taken care of. The store itself is clean and well organized and the five stars are for the folks that work there. But Trane itself needs to make some adjustments to accommodate customers. At this point in time we prefer some of their competitors over them because of the over corporitized policies....Fat cats at the "top" need to take a clue....
They NOT swapping Recovered R22 at all Over 10 times I asked them for swap recovery tank and they said we don’t have Not recommended !!!!!
Anna Martinez was very helpful. She was also nice and polite. An she's very knowledgeable about her job. Her smile and personality is amazing. Great job Anna keep up the great work. I think she deserves a HUGE pay increase.
